is the contract between you and Expert Group 2000 SRL, regarding the purchase
and use of the LASERMIND software.
Please
read it carefully before purchasing or start using this software.
Expert Group
2000 SRL exclusively owns all copyrights to LASERMIND software.
The user is granted a
non-exclusive license to use LASERMIND software on maximum one computer, for
any legal purpose, at a time.
The registered LASERMIND
software may not be rented, leased or transferred.
LASERMIND SOFTWARE IS
DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR, THE SELLERS THE RESELLERS WILL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS OR
DAMAGES WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
You may not use, copy,
emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the
licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.
Any such unauthorized use
shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may
result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
You may not use LASERMIND
software in other proposes than for personal mental training. Exposing other
persons to LASERMIND software messages without their express agreement will
make you responsible for all the consequences of this action.
Expert Group 2000 SRL does
not assume any responsibility for the content and effect of your custom
messages, photos or audio files placed into LASERMIND software. Regarding the
already made text messages, images and audio files delivered together with the
software LASERMIND we believe that they are totally positive and constructive;
please read/view/listen these messages and use it only if you consider that are
suitable for you, or modify it according your preferences.
If you suffer of any mental
of physical condition that could be affected by flashing stimulus of the
images, we recommend you to consult your doctor or physician before using
LASERMIND software. Expert Group 2000 SRL does not offer medical support.
Expert Group 2000 SRL does
not guarantee you any material, health or emotional profit or improve resulted
by using LASERMIND software. The positive results may vary from person to
person and there are a lot of circumstantial factors that could interact in
this matter. As the content of the messages is positive we strongly hope that
all the users will get positive results in the shortest time with LASERMIND
software.
We provide “30 days
money-back warranty” for this product. If you are unsatisfied with the results
or with anything regardless the product, you can contact us and we will refund
the full amount paid for it without any question. Afterwards you must destroy
any files of this program from your computers and cease to use the product.
The software LASERMIND must
not be used with computers having kinescope tube monitors but only with LCD,
TFT or other different monitors. Using this software with kinescope tube
monitors is the personal legal responsibility of the end user.
Installing and using
LASERMIND software signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the
license.
Expert
Group 2000 SRL reserves all rights not expressly granted here.
If you do not agree with the
terms of this license you must remove LASERMIND software files from your
storage devices and cease to use the product.
